NKK Switches High Security Keylock CKL12ATW01-041

The CKL series high security keylock is a 19mm bushing-mounted switch with a flat key, offering a SPDT ON-NONE-ON circuit and solder lug terminals rated for 3A at 250V AC. It features a die-cast zinc alloy housing with chrome plating, a vertically rotating switching mechanism with self-cleaning silver contacts, and a 90° angle of throw. The switch has a mechanical life of 30,000 cycles and an electrical life of 10,000 cycles. Contact resistance is 20 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance is 1,000 megohms minimum at 500V DC, and dielectric strength is 1,500V AC between contacts and case. Operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +70°C. The housing is assembled with epoxy-sealed terminals, and mounting torque is limited to 1.5 Nm. The switch is designed for higher security applications.
