NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Antistatic Toggle B12AV1-GC

The B12AV1-GC is a subminiature, sealed, antistatic toggle switch from the B Series, designed for low-voltage, low-current logic-level circuits. It features straight PCB terminals, a .394" (10.0mm) bat toggle, and an ON-NONE-ON circuit with a bracket. The switch has a totally sealed body with epoxy-sealed terminals, an antistatic superstructure, and meets IP65 for panel mounting via a 6mm diameter threaded bushing. It operates with a 0.4VA maximum resistive load at 28V AC/DC, has a contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum, and an insulation resistance of 500 megohms minimum. The operating temperature range is -30°C to +85°C. The toggle has a 26° angle of throw, nonshorting contact timing, and a mechanical life of 100,000 operations for its circuit type. The housing is made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide, with phosphor bronze contacts gold-plated, and the bushing is carbon-blended polyamide. Flammability rating UL94V-0 is available.
