The AS13AB is a subminiature slide switch designed for logic-level applications, featuring a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) ON-OFF-ON circuit with a .098" (2.5mm) long actuator and right-angle PCB terminals. It has a contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance of 500 megohms minimum, and withstands 500V AC for one minute. The switch operates with a nominal force of 2.55N, provides nonshorting contact timing, and has a travel of 0.098" (2.5mm). It is rated for 50,000 mechanical and electrical operations, with an operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. The case is constructed from carbon-blended polyacetal and glass fiber reinforced polyamide, with phosphor bronze contacts gold-plated for reliability. Termination spacing is .100" x .100" (2.54mm x 2.54mm), conforming to standard PCB grid spacing. Bracketed models incorporate ESD protection.
