The AS11BV is a subminiature slide switch for logic-level applications, featuring a single pole, single throw (SPST) ON-NONE-OFF circuit and vertical PCB terminals. Total travel is 0.098 in (2.5 mm), with a nominal operating force of 2.55 N. Contacts are gold-plated phosphor bronze and brass, with maximum contact resistance of 50 milliohms and insulation resistance of 500 megohms at 500 V DC. Dielectric strength is 500 V AC for one minute. It supports 50,000 electrical and mechanical operations. The actuator is glass fiber reinforced polyamide; the upper housing is carbon blended polyacetal for ESD protection. Terminals are epoxy sealed and spaced 0.100 in (2.54 mm) to match standard PCB grids. Operating temperature ranges from -30°C to +85°C.
