The 2490CN is a two-cell AA battery holder with wire leads and a 3-pin locking PC connector, designed for secure battery contact and low resistance in harsh environments. The holder is made of ABS plastic with nickel-plated spring steel contacts, and the 6.0-inch (152 mm) #26 AWG wire leads are stripped and pretinned to UL/CSA 1007 standards. It features a sealed on/off switch and meets IP65 water and dust resistance standards. The unit operates within a temperature range of 10°C to 90°C and is rated to withstand shock and vibration. The PC connector housing is nylon 6/6 with phosphor bronze contacts plated in tin.
