Jergens STAYLOCK® Toe Clamps are designed for edge gripping of parts when the clamp height must be kept at a minimum, such as in a milling operation. Features, Benefits, & Product Specifications:
Available in Low Toe & High Toe styles
Provides (2) directional clamping forces:
- (1) pushes the workpiece against a positive stop - (1) pushes it down against the table or fixture
A brass or steel insert is available on the Low Toe Style (must be ordered separately)
Note(s):
STAYLOCK® Toe Clamp Part No. 62811 is supplied without a toe insert.
(2) special washers, which prevent damage by the cap screws, are included with each STAYLOCK® Toe Clamp. To order washers separately, order Part No. 60636.
The toe is moved back by spring.
