FlipChip platinum RTD sensor with 1000 Ω nominal resistance at 0 °C, operating from -50 °C to +250 °C, in 0805 housing with bondable and solderable thin-film gold pads, meeting IEC 60751 F0.15 tolerance class. Designed for automated PCB assembly with tape-only packaging without reel, sensor side down. Features long-term stability of max. 0.4% after 1000 hours at +250 °C, self-heating limited by recommended measuring current of 0.3 mA, and REACH and RoHS compliance.
