The RDHA701CD10A2NX is a radiation hardened dual solid state relay in an 8-pin ceramic package, configured as two normally open single pole single throw relays with a 100 V output voltage and 1.0 A output current per channel. It is rated for 100 krad(Si) total ionizing dose, features optically coupled inputs, 1000 VDC input-to-output and pin-to-case isolation, and is hermetically sealed. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and is screened to MIL-PRF-38534 for Class K qualification.
