It features a maximum torque of 675 In-Lb (76.3 Nm) and a cycle time of 15 seconds for a 90¬8 rotation. The actuator operates on a brush-type 12Vdc motor and has a duty cycle of 100%. It includes a rechargeable 12V, 0.8 AHr sealed lead acid battery, providing a minimum of 150 cycles at maximum torque before requiring a recharge. The actuator is built to meet NEMA 4 standards, with optional NEMA 4X, 7, and 9 enclosures available for various environmental conditions. It operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -40¬8F to 150¬8F, with options for additional heating for extreme cold. The unit includes a visual dome indicator for position feedback and is equipped with snap-action limit switches rated for 15A at 250Vac. It is equipped with 300 series stainless steel output shaft and heavy duty spur gear drive which, as in all ICI electric actuators, can withstand stall conditions without suffering gear failure.
