The ASC6 spring return electric actuator provides 600 in-lb (67.8 Nm) torque and is designed for modulating applications with DC voltage compatibility. It features an electro-magnetic clutch, permanent grease lubrication, and a thermally bonded polyester powder coating. The unit operates within a temperature range of -40°F to 150°F, requires a heater and thermostat for temperatures at or below 0°F, and has a cycle time of 12 seconds per 90 degrees. It meets NEMA 4 standards with optional NEMA 7, 4X, and 9 enclosures. Mounting complies with ISO 5211 F07 and includes a 0.66-inch square male drive. Weight is 110 lb (49.9 kg). Duty cycle is up to 75%, with a maximum of 300 cycles per hour for modulating use. Motor includes thermal overload protection and snap-action SPDT limit switches rated at 15A @ 250Vac.
