INTEC Energy Systems SCHNEIDER Electrical Steam Boiler & Hot-water Boiler HDO-E/HWO-E

Description
The SCHNEIDER Steam Generator of Series HDO-E and the SCHNEIDER Hot Water Generator of Series HWO-E are designed as electrically heated boilers for special installation and opera- tion conditions. Operation and working mode of HDO-E and HWO-E boilers are in compliance with the operation and working mode of all conventional steam or hot water generators. However, due to the fact that there are no flue gas passes in the HDO-E and HWO-E boilers, the dimensions are significantly smaller even though the water content and capacity are the same. The HDO-E/HWO-E are used where conventional boiler cannot be installed because of limited space, restrictions by regulation, hygienic constraints or economic reasons. In the pharmaceutical industry In hospitals In the ship building and off shore industry As emergency units for conventional boiler in any industry Design and fabrication of HDO-E/HWO-E is in accordance with the German Technical Regulation for Steam Boiler (TRD) respectively Euro-Norm EN-12953 in connection with the Pressure Vessel Directive DGRL 97/23/EG as stationary boiler (land-based boiler). In addition, boilers of series HDO-E/HWO-E can be delivered classified as marine boilers in accordance with the regular classification standards such as GL – "Germanischer Lloyd", LR – "Lloyds Register", DNV – "Det Norske Veritas" and BV – "Bureau Veritas". The fabrication is supervised and monitored by representatives of the respective authority. Boiler equipment parts and systems are only used which are certified by the respective classification authorities. We supply the HDO-E/HWO-E in the capacity range from 200 kW up to 2000 kW. Boilers for larger capacities are available upon request and will be custom designed.
