The elastic buckling coefficient is provided for short wavelength buckling of compression panels reinforced by stiffeners having either single-sided flanges or double-sided (T) flanges. Two sets of data are provided, one for integrally-machined stiffeners and one for riveted-on or bonded-on stiffeners. Plasticity correction factors are provided.
