The Ultracure™ 1100 is a benchtop, high-output UV LED curing conveyor designed to cure UV adhesives and sealants. It features a 365nm UV LED array, reversible conveyor belt with adjustable speed from 0.1 to 2.6 inches per second, and a curing window measuring 6 inches wide by 3 inches tall by 6 inches long. The unit includes a Teflon®-coated Kevlar® belt, integrated heat exchanger, and exhaust blower/filter for cooling. Machine dimensions are 20 inches wide by 21 inches tall by 54 inches long, with a maximum load capacity of 30 pounds and total weight of 117 pounds. It operates on 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, and includes an integrated chiller selected for either 200-240 VAC or 100-120 VAC input. Construction is heavy-duty aluminum with color touchscreen control and 3-inch adjustable UV LED elevation.
