The G-3 with available options can produce a percentage of material as fine as 10 mesh product. The G-3 Granulator is coupled to a 200HP electric motor supported on a steel base. The granulator feed should be very low steel (<5%) –3/4” tire chips. The chips are fed into the granulator via a controlled feed devise (i.e., auger). Depending on screen selection, the feed rate should be approximately 6,000 pounds per hour.
