ELGEF Plus Tapping saddle for PE100 pipes with diameters of 63 to 160 mm and SDR 9-17.6, designed for tapping live gas mains under pressure up to 5 bar. The monoblocVersion includes an integrated cutter and pre-assembled Gas-Stop with a 4 mm pin connector, O-ring-sealed screw cap, and limited path fusion indicators. The unit has a long fusion outlet and no overflow orifice. Physical dimensions include a length L of 193 mm, height H of 130 mm, and width W of 144 mm for the d63 variant, with weights ranging from 0.368 kg to 0.786 kg depending on size. Maximum flow rates are 25 l/min or 100 m³/h. All variants are fitted with moulded-on lower parts and require adherence to the Gas-Stop manufacturer's installation instructions.
