The Collette Ultima™ is the ultimate single-pot processor for mixing, drying and granulation, available in a range of sizes for R&D to full-scale production. The Ultima incorporates all available vacuum drying techniques (vacuum, gas-assisted vacuum or Transflo™, microwave/vacuum). This gives you the opportunity to test all these techniques alone or in combination and select the most appropriate one for your product, all within the same equipment. For R&D and also for small production batches for scale-up to the larger production machines of the Ultima range. Maintains flexibility and user-friendliness of the Ultima™ 25 Swinging Bowl: Reduces caking, improves granulate quality Through the wall installation: Only bowl and cover remain in the production area, other equipment (motors, pumps, etc.) is eliminated from the production room, resulting in drastically reduced noise and heat levels and a substantial reduction in expensive, controlled production space needed. The through the wall installation also enables easy maintenance of the equipment, since no intervention in the production area is required.
