The GYSE-AM is an all-in-one analog displacement and level measurement probe with a detachable probe element, designed for high-accuracy linear position sensing with a scaled etched rod based on JIS first grade. It features a stainless steel probe rod with a 8 mm diameter and a maximum effective stroke of 400 mm, with the zero position at the end face of the HEX46 section. Output options include 0-10 V or 10-0 V voltage and 4-20 mA or 20-4 mA current, with a 16-bit resolution and non-linearity of ±0.025% F.S. typical. The probe operates on +24 VDC, supports IP67 protection, and functions within a temperature range of −20 °C to +75 °C. Cable length is limited to 10 m for voltage output and 100 m for current output. The probe head is aluminum alloy, and the magnet or float must be selected separately to define dead zone lengths.
The scale was carved in a rod of the high accuracy analog output type GYSE-A by 1mm pitch. The scale is doing etching processing by the scale based on JIS first grade, the magnet location can be confirmed by your eyes easily. 0 position of the scale is an end face of HEX46. Max. stroke is 400mm, rod diameter is Φ8.
