The aspheric design provides a focal spot smaller than the fiber core diameter, allowing for precision alignment without negatively impacting transmission between the objective and fiber. Zinc Selenide Infrared (IR) Focusing Objectives are available with multiple anti-reflection (AR) coating options between 3.25 9.5μm, and are ideal for a range of fiber coupling and IR focusing applications.
