The ECOC-2522 is a surface-mount SC-cut OCXO in a 25.4 x 22.0 x 12.2 mm package, intended for cellular, radar, test and measurement, and IoT applications. It operates from 2.000 to 100.000 MHz with frequency stability of ±5.0 ppb (0 to +50°C), ±10.0 ppb (-20 to +70°C), or ±30.0 ppb (-40 to +75°C). Supply voltage options are 3.3 V or 5.0 V, with power consumption of 3.6 W at startup and 1.4 W steady state. Output is CMOS with 15 pF load, 5 ns rise/fall time, and 45/55% duty cycle. Aging is ±1.0 ppb per day after 30 days and ±500 ppb over 10 years. Phase noise at 10 MHz is -90 dBc/Hz at 1 Hz offset and -150 dBc/Hz beyond 1 kHz. Control voltage range is 0 to Vdd/2 with ±0.7 ppm pull range and 10 kΩ impedance. It is RoHS compliant, with MSL 1 and gold lead finish.
