The ECS-2016MV is a miniature SMD HCMOS crystal oscillator with MultiVolt™ capability, operating from 1.6 to 3.6 V and available in a 2.0 x 1.6 x 0.85 mm ceramic package. It supports frequencies up to 54.000 MHz, with a frequency stability of ±30 ppm over the extended temperature range of -40 to +105°C. Output load is 15 pF, rise and fall times are 6.5 ns max, and start-up time is 5 ms. Current consumption varies with supply voltage and frequency, reaching up to 8.5 mA at 3.3 V and 60 MHz. The oscillator includes a tri-state function, complies with RoHS, and has a storage temperature range of -55 to +125°C. Phase jitter is 1 ps from 12 kHz to 5 MHz.
