It is available in frequencies from 3.579545 MHz to 40.000 MHz, with a frequency tolerance of ±30 ppm at +25°C and stability of ±50 ppm over the operating range of -10°C to +70°C. The load capacitance is specified in the part number, ranging from 10 pF to 20 pF, and the maximum equivalent series resistance varies from 40 Ω to 200 Ω depending on frequency. It operates with a drive level of 100 μW, features resistance-welded sealing, and is RoHS compliant. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging and supports reflow soldering with a peak temperature of +260°C for up to 10 seconds. The ECX-19A is pin compatible with the CSM-12.
