The ECOC-2522 is a surface-mount OCXO with a 25.4 x 22.0 x 12.2 mm footprint, designed for cellular, radar, test and measurement, and IoT applications. It operates with a supply voltage of 3.3 V or 5.0 V and delivers a CMOS output with frequency stability of ±30.0 ppb across -40 to +75°C. The device draws 3.6 W during warm-up and 1.4 W in steady state, with aging of ±1.0 ppb per day after 30 days and ±500 ppb over 10 years. Phase noise at 10 MHz is -90 dBc/Hz at 1 Hz offset, -120 dBc/Hz at 10 Hz offset, and -150 dBc/Hz beyond 1 kHz. It supports a voltage control range of 0 to Vdd with a pull range of ±0.7 ppm and has a 5 ns rise/fall time. The part is RoHS compliant with an MSL 1 rating and Au finish.
