The ECOC-2522 is a surface mount OCXO with a 25.4 x 22.0 x 12.2 mm package, designed for cellular, radar, test & measurement, and IoT applications. It operates with a CMOS waveform and supports frequencies from 2.000 to 100.000 MHz. The H Opt variant provides frequency stability of ±30.0 ppb over -40 to +75°C, with a supply voltage of 3.3 V (3.135 to 3.465 V). Power consumption is 3.6 W at turn-on and 1.4 W in steady state. Aging is ±1.0 ppb daily after 30 days, ±100 ppb yearly, and ±500 ppb over 10 years. Output load is 15 pF, with rise and fall times of 5 ns max. The device is RoHS compliant and has a storage temperature range of -40 to +100°C.
