The ECOC-2522 is a surface-mount CMOS SC-cut OCXO with a 25.4 x 22.0 x 12.2 mm footprint, designed for cellular, radar, test & measurement, and IoT applications. It operates at frequencies from 2.000 to 100.000 MHz with a supply voltage of 3.3 V for this variant, offering frequency stability of ±5.0 ppb over 0 to +50°C. Power consumption is 3.6 W at turn-on and 1.4 W in steady state. The output is CMOS with a load of 15 pF, rise and fall times of 5 ns, and a duty cycle of 45/55%. Aging is ±1.0 ppb per day after 30 days and ±100 ppb per year. The device is RoHS compliant and meets MSL 1 with gold lead finish. Soldering peak temperature is +260°C maximum for 10 seconds, with up to two cycles allowed.
