The S6513HM2025L1552 is a metric ball screw with a 16 mm outer diameter, 2.5 mm pitch, and 1552 mm length, made from Cf 53 steel induction-hardened to HRC 62 ± 2. It meets ISO class 7 pitch accuracy of ≤ 0.1 mm per 300 mm and achieves over 90% efficiency in rotary-to-linear motion conversion. The screw has a root diameter of 13.34 mm and is designed for mounting with a double bearing on one end and either a floating bearing or no bearing on the other. Machined ends are provided for secure mounting.
