The S6513HM0025L3052 is a metric ball screw with a 2.5 mm pitch, 16 mm outer diameter, and 3052 mm length, made from Ck53 induction-hardened steel rated at HRC 62 ± 2. It meets ISO class 7 pitch accuracy, with a tolerance of ≤ 0.1 mm over 300 mm. The screw is rolled and polished, designed for greater than 90% efficiency in converting rotary to linear motion, and features a root diameter of 13.34 mm. It is machined with unmachined ends and supports double bearing mounting on one side and a floating or unmounted bearing on the other. The part is one of several available in lengths up to 3 m with pitch options of 2.5, 4, 5, 10, and 20 mm.
