The K24-0-800 is a spur gearhead with a 24 mm diameter, designed for use with brush DC coreless motors to deliver high efficiency in compact applications. It features a ball bearing output shaft, a reduction ratio of 800:1, a maximum output torque of 0.7 Nm, and an average backlash of 2.5° under 0.3 Nm load. The gearhead is 21 mm long, supports a maximum input speed of 5,000 rpm, and operates over a temperature range of -30 °C to +65 °C. Maximum radial force at 8 mm from the mounting face is 20 N, and maximum axial force is 10 N. It is compatible with multiple motor models, including 22N98, 26N58, and 22DCP/22DCT/24DCT, with corresponding overall lengths of 54.9 mm, 64.3 mm, and 56.2 mm respectively.
