The O-EV series consists of oxygen-clean, 2-way or 3-way solenoid valves for use with clean, dry air and compatible gases, featuring nickel-plated brass bodies and FKM seals, with a maximum operating pressure of 105 psig and a flow rate up to 17 l/min at 100 psig. Valves operate on 12 or 24 VDC with a nominal power consumption of 0.67 watts and a response time of 5 to 10 ms at 25 psig. They are assembled and tested in ISO 7 clean rooms using oxygen-compatible processes, with no organic sealants, adhesives, or lubricants. Mounting is in-line or manifold, with port connections in #10-32 or M5, and operating temperature ranges from 32 to 180°F. Cycle life exceeds one billion operations under ideal conditions.
