The CHE/CHEN series is a 20A to 30A miniature power relay with a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) contact arrangement, designed for applications such as air conditioners, microwaves, and washing machines. It is available in PCB terminal or quick connect terminal configurations, with an outline dimension of 30.3 × 15.9 × 20.4 mm and a weight of approximately 20 g. It operates on 5 to 48 VDC with a coil power of 900 mW, switches up to 277 VAC or 30 VDC, and carries a maximum switching current of 30 A at 250 VAC resistive load. The relay has a dielectric strength of 4,500 VAC between coil and contacts, Class F insulation (155°C), and meets UL/cUL, TUV, and CQC requirements. Electrical endurance is 100,000 operations at rated load, with 10 million mechanical cycles. It is RoHS compliant, REACH SvHC compliant, and available in halogen-free versions.
