Chemetall Coatings, Zinc Phosphate Process - Immersion CrysCoat XH

CrysCoat XH is a robust, simple-to-use, heavy zinc phosphate for iron and steel substrates, used primarily to form absorption pretreatments for post treatments such as oiling. CrysCoat XH can form coatings of 1000-4000 mg/ft2 Application (11-43 g/m2). Application is by immersion. CrysCoat XH meets the requirements of ASTM F 1137 when used with Chemetall Rust Preventative 1, and is approved for Chrysler PS-80.
