5000 Lbs Holding Capacity
FEATURES: Heavy-duty air clamp with a solid forged steel clamping arm. Similar to a vertical-handle hold-down clamp, except operated by an air cylinder instead of by hand. Toggle linkage provides high holding capacity and insures positive mechanical locking even if air pressure fails. Solid arm can be tapped to accept a spindle, or otherwise modified. Arm opens 83°. Made in USA.

AIR CYLINDER: 2-1/2" bore, double acting, 1/4-NPT ports. Buna-N seals for -20° to +200°F operating temperature. 100-psi input air pressure exerts 1600 lbs maximum clamping force at center of arm (150 psi maximum pressure).
MATERIAL: Clamping arm > Forged steel. Clamp body > Mild steel. Air Cylinder > Steel and aluminum. Rivets > 400-series stainless. DFARS and RoHS compliant.
