CECOR Propane Sump Cleaner, 100 Gallon CP50-100/100PT

Description
Reduce machine downtime, labor costs and mess. The CP50-100/100PT Propane Combination sump cleaner/coolant dispenser has a 20 HP propane engine with a lobe type, positive displacement pump for a suction rate of 13” Hg (Mercury) and a pumping rate up to 110 gallons (417 liters) per minute. Because power source is contained on unit, there are no hoses, plugs or power cords to deal with. Propane units are ideal, when electric or air drops are unavailable, making for maximum flexibility. Smart Design Sump Shark tanks are constructed of heavy-gauge steel for durability. The CP50-100/100PT has an 8” x 10” flush-to-the-bottom cleanout door with a 1-1/4” drain port for easy cleaning. Carrier for hose is mounted on back of tank. F23, 2.3 cubic ft. filter is fitted for fork lift or hook hoist handling. Patented compound linkage and rotary latch control the bottom opening door for safe emptying. Safety Features The CECOR Combination tanks have a pressure gauge for each tank. Unit is set for 6 PSI with a safety back up valve. Autmatic overfill protection mean unit will shut off prior to overfilling. All discharge ports are valved. The first step in a recycling program is cleaning the sump and filtering coolant. Start now by partnering your machine tools with a CECOR Sump Shark. CECOR’s smallest, propane combination sump cleaner/dispenser sucks the contents out of dirty sumps fast. Suction lift of 17′ Hg vacuums thick sludge and chips – onboard filter separates solids from coolant. Pump filtered coolant back to sump or transport for further processing. Top off or refill sump with fresh or recycling coolant from dispenser side. Ditch the grueling pail-n-shovel process! More power, better, safer & faster! Reduce machine sump cleaning time No plugs, cords or hoses – power source is onboard unit. Each tank has pump in/pump out capability Full Specs Series: CP50 Tank Size: (2) 100 gallon tanks (379 L) Transport: PT - Push/Tow - Push & Tow Bar (see options) Pump: Lobe type, positive displacement air pump Suction Lift: 13" Hg (Mercury) Filter: F23 – 2.3 cu. ft.
