The Avago ALMD-LM37-24002 is a high brightness surface-mount (SMT) oval tinted and diffused green LED device assembled using common SMT assembly processes. The device is made with an advanced optical grade epoxy for superior performance in outdoor sign applications.
For easy pick & place, the device is shipped in tape and reel. Every reel is shipped from a single intensity and color bin except red color for better uniformity. The LED is compatible with industrial reflow soldering process.
