This is the deluxe version of our outside of pipe cleaning brush. This item features stainless steel wire that can be formed to fit any size pipe. The brush is then epoxy set into a stainless steel handle attachment. The brush is sanitary and extremely durable. Handle not included. To reach high places we recommend the AL-12, AL-18 or AL-24. Otherwise any standard handle will fit.
