The curved guide rails with the product designation AT9050 are elements of the XTS guide rail system from Beckhoff. They are made of aluminum with an abrasion-resistant hard anodized aluminum coating and enable a lubrication-free system concept in combination with the plastic rollers of the movers. The AT9050 curved guide rails represent a 180° curve (diameter 310 mm) with a clothoid-shaped geometry, which is suitable for mounting on the AT2050 motor modules. Appropriate curved rails are available to match the mover type used (AT9011, AT9012 or AT9014). These can be combined with other straight or curved guide rails, so that individual travel paths can be realized as if from a modular system.
