The AT9000 straight guide rails are elements of the Beckhoff XTS guide rail system. They are made of aluminum with an abrasion-resistant hard anodized coating and, in combination with the mover's plastic rollers, enable a low-lubrication system concept. This finely scalable product portfolio of straight guide rails is available in lengths of up to 2.5 m. In addition, the guide rails can be ideally combined with other straight or curved guide rails, so that individual travel paths can be executed as they would in a modular system.
The AT9000-0250-0006 guide rail together with the AT2000-0250-0006 motor module with lubrication channel enables precise lubrication of the running surfaces of the guide rails. The lubricant is fed through internal lines from the underside of the motor module and discharged externally through holes in the guide rails. This solution is a resource-saving alternative to spraying systems, which are widely used.
