Product Overview
DCA SCC3 Conformal Coating is a unique, modified alkyd coating specifically formulated to meet the highest defence standards in both Europe and the United States. Highly flexible, it is ideal for small or delicate components and maintains protection across an extremely wide operating temperature range. DCA offers excellent resistance to a variety of chemicals and solvents, including those commonly found in the automotive and aerospace industries, making it a strong choice for these applications.
It can be sprayed, dipped, or brushed and contains an Ultraviolet (UV) trace that allows inspection of the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) after coating to ensure complete and even coverage. The stronger the reflected UV light, the thicker the coating layer. UV light in the region of 375 nm should be used for inspection.
Also available as Red Opaque (DCR), Blue Transparent (DCABL), and Black Opaque (DCB).
