Electrolube® 2K301P is a two-component polyurethane conformal coating designed for selective spray application to PCBAs, providing high coating thickness (200 to 350 μm), excellent edge coverage, and low stress during thermal cycling. It operates from -65°C to 150°C, passes 1000-cycle thermal shock testing, and meets IPC-CC-830 and BMW GS95011-5 requirements. The coating is hydrophobic, flexible (Shore A30 to A50), and has a glass transition temperature below -60°C. It contains a UV trace for inspection and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
Product Overview
