The ALD910019SAL is a dual supercapacitor auto-balancing MOSFET array in an 8-pin SOIC package, measuring 4.69mm to 5.00mm in length and 3.50mm to 4.05mm in width, designed to balance leakage currents in series-connected supercapacitors. It features precision factory-trimmed gate threshold voltage of 1.90V at 1µA drain-source current, with exponential output current control from under 0.3nA to 10mA. Each device handles up to two series supercapacitors, with drain-source voltage rating of 10.6V and operating current limit of 80mA. It operates from -40°C to +85°C and meets RoHS requirements. The package is surface mount with 1.27mm pitch.
