The ALD810024SCLI is a quad supercapacitor auto-balancing MOSFET array in a 16-pin SOIC package, designed to balance up to four series-connected supercapacitors by exponentially regulating leakage current based on voltage. It operates from -40°C to +85°C and supports a drain-source voltage up to 10.6V and a maximum operating current of 80mA. Each of the four integrated MOSFETs has a precise gate threshold voltage of 2.40V at 1µA drain-source current, with output current ranging from less than 0.3nA to over 1000µA. The device features near-zero additional leakage and dissipates minimal power below 2.20V input. It meets RoHS standards and is an ESD-sensitive device requiring static control.
