The ALD810021SCLI is a quad supercapacitor auto-balancing MOSFET array in a 16-pin SOIC package, designed to balance up to four series-connected supercapacitors by automatically regulating leakage currents. Each of the four integrated SAB MOSFETs has a precision gate threshold voltage of 2.10V at 1µA drain-source current, with output current varying exponentially from under 0.3nA to over 1000µA based on input voltage. The device operates from -40°C to +85°C, supports up to 10.6V drain-source voltage, and limits output current to 80mA per channel. It is built with EPAD® technology and features near-zero additional leakage currents, enabling passive balancing without external power. The package dimensions are 4.69mm to 5.00mm in length and 3.50mm to 4.05mm in width.
