The DP-248-4048 is an industrial dumper designed for lifting and dumping loads up to 2,000 lbs to a 48-inch height, with a 2 horsepower electric hydraulic power unit and push-button controls. It has a carriage dimension of 40 x 48 inches, an overall dimension of 53 x 70 inches, and a carriage height of 65 inches. The unit has an arc height of 128 inches and an arc length of 87 inches, with a dumping speed of 25 seconds. The product features an adjustable retaining bar, machine-grade single-acting cylinders, hard chrome-plated shafts and pins, lifetime-lubricated bearings, and a baked enamel finish. Controllers are assembled in a UL-listed panel shop. The shipping weight is 1,055 lbs, and it carries a 10-year or 250,000-cycle warranty. ISO 9001:2015 certification is stated.
These dumpers are our most compact design and provide a minimum size footprint. The units tilt approximately 125 degrees. The carriages are designed to hold bins, gaylords or carts and dump their contents which can be as varied as meat, grain, castings, plastic pellets, or the U.S. mail. Although we offer a wide assortment of standard sizes, some applications require highly modified or custom designs which we are happy to provide.
