The all-new Uniflow 3 provides targeted heating and precision temperature control for applications such as the connection of flexible circuits, ribbon cables, wires, SMT components, single or dual sided edge connectors and thermocompression bonding of gold ribbon. Uniflow 3 features a number of hardware improvements including a larger display and new front key panel which provides easier access to new features. Process improvements include additional heating stages and upgrades to both the limits and alarm functions. Closed-loop temperature and time control Stores 15 heating profiles Numeric and graphical data output to PC Process alarms and counters Remote programming via RS-232/485 Peak and average temperature limits Comprehensive and informative user interface
