The LST300 Compact Ultrasonic Level Transmitter from ABB Measurement & Analytics is designed for a variety of applications, particularly in water and wastewater management. It features a measurement range of up to 10 meters and operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -40 to 85 ¬8C. The device offers an accuracy of ¬±2 mm or 0.2% of full span, whichever is greater, and utilizes a narrow beam angle of 5¬8 to facilitate installation in confined spaces. Constructed from metal and PVDF, the LST300 is resistant to corrosion and can withstand submersion in water up to 2 meters for 24 hours, meeting IP66/67/68 and NEMA 4X standards. It incorporates unique GAP technology, which enhances performance in challenging conditions, including the presence of vapor, turbulence, and foam. The transmitter supports HART digital communication and features advanced diagnostics, including signal quality tracking and noise level diagnostics, making it suitable for various process environments.
