The CL3020 is a solid-state chemiluminescence NOx analyzer designed for low and ultra-low NOx measurement in combustion applications. It features a compact EIA 19-inch rack mount enclosure, 11 inches deep and 5.25 inches tall, weighing 24 lbs. The instrument operates on 120 VAC with a current draw of 4 A and functions in ambient temperatures from 40 to 100 °F. It includes an optional zirconia oxygen sensor and supports dual-detector configuration for continuous NO/NO₂ speciation or NH₃ measurement. The analyzer meets EPA Method 7E and PS-2, with a detection limit of ≤5 ppb, zero drift ≤0.1 ppm or 0.1% F.S., span drift ≤1% of reading, and response time T90 ≤5 s for NOx and ≤30 s for O₂. Outputs include selectable 4 to 20 mA or 0 to 10 V and Modbus TCP/IP.
CL3020 is so compact that two NOx cells may be mounted inside a single housing allowing continuous NOx speciation or NH3 measurement.
The simplicity of the design also leads to much greater reliability. No more high voltage power supplies, exposed thermo-electric cooling or fragile optical components means fewer things that can go wrong.
