CEM-DAS is a complete networkable system for continuous recording and evaluation of emission data in all industries. The system provides important information for the environmental and economic operation of production facilities. CEM-DAS is scalable to support smallest one stack installations up to multi-block plants with numerous measuring points. CEM-DAS has proven its robustness in a German TüV test which requires 99 % uptime. Field data from gas analyzers, dust monitors, etc. can be acquired via conventional I/O’s or Modbus TCP/IP. These data are processed in the CEM-DAS server. All results are saved in a database and on the file system. Optionally a Data Acquisition Unit can be used to buffer field data.
Data
Compliant to all plants covered by the Industrial Emission Directive 2010/75/EU
Client / Server architecture with easy access via standard browser
Each configuration change is saved in an own revision
Redundancy built-in to handle redundant – gas analyzers systems – CEM-DAS server – storage media like a Network Attached Storage (NAS) server or a network file system
Bar charts, line charts and lists displaying all pertinent information
Data export in csv or txt format, e.g. to MS Excel
Emission reports in pdf format
Multi-user password management for different users groups with tailored access
Database to save all data and allow access for end users to develop own applications
Modbus TCP/IP connection for minimum cabling effort to analyzers and/or distributed control systems
Can be administered via remote access
Options – EN 14181/QAL3 module – CO2 emission trading module – Extended password protection – EFü for installations in Germany
