The range of Panasonic Soft-PGS (Compressible Type) are graphite sheets dedicated for use as thermal interface materials. The Soft-PGS (Compressible Type) has high compressibility compared to standard PGS, which enables reducing the thermal resistance by following gap, warpage and distortion of targets / substrates. The excellent heat resistance and reliability of the Soft-PGS help to obtain longer service life and higher performance of various components, such as power modules. The Soft-PGS (Compressible Type) is cost-saving, because it allows you to reduce your existing processes. Unlike grease, there is no necessity for printing process, since it is a sheet-type product.
