The AZ850P2-3 is a microminiature, polarized, bistable latching relay with dual coils and DPDT (2 Form C) contacts, designed for low-power signal switching. It has a DIP terminal layout compatible with 10-pin IC sockets, measures 14 mm × 9 mm × 5 mm, and is epoxy sealed for wave soldering. The relay features gold-clad silver-palladium contacts rated for 1 A switching current and 2 A carry current at up to 220 VDC or 250 VAC, with a maximum switched power of 30 W or 62.5 VA. It meets FCC Part 68.302 for 1500 V lightning surge and UL/CUR E43203 standards. The dual-coil latching version operates at 3 VDC nominal with a pickup power of 113-169 mW, and has a coil-to-contact dielectric strength of 1 kV RMS. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C, and it is RoHS compliant.
