The VSR20A-V2T4 is a high-vacuum compatible, motorized vertical lift stage with 20 mm travel, designed for precise positioning in vacuum environments up to 10⁻⁶ Torr. It features a D-sub 15 inline connector, a stepper motor with 700 mA/phase rated current, and delivers up to 200 N peak thrust at a maximum speed of 48 mm/s. The stage supports a maximum centered load of 100 N and has a retracted height of 55 mm. Repeatability is under 1 µm, with loaded backlash under 35 µm under 10 N load. Straightness of travel is less than 30 µm, enabled by a ball bearing guide system. It is CE compliant and operates within 0⁰C to 50⁰C. The unit weighs 0.56 kg and requires an external stepper motor controller such as the X-MCC Series.
