The MLR illuminators use 3 high power LEDs to provide illumination suitable for multi-channel fluorescence microscopy. They attach to the epi-illumination port of Zaber’s MVR Series microscopes. The MLR3A provides excellent excitation of the most commonly used fluorophores, including DAPI, GFP, Cy3, FITC, TRITC and TxRed. The MLR3B excitates the same fluorophores as well as longer wavelength fluorophores such as Cy5.
The MLR illuminators are designed to be plug and play with Zaber’s X-LCA4 Series LED controllers.
